訂房網站這個套餐真的好棒，給訂房網站的海外team 打call ！國慶不加價，還含一個晚餐。沒想到晚餐是自助，除了三文魚金槍魚之外，還有生蠔，雖然不大，但不像國內那種又大又肥的養殖品種。但設施確實是老了，去市區也不方便。kid club 有點小，衹有一個滑梯和一個攀巖牆。可惜了美好的泳池邊牛馬還得幹活

酒店的環境是相當好，工作人員態度也很好，總是面帶笑容很親切，早餐品種豐富多樣，味道也不錯，還可以坐在戶外河邊。還有游泳池，健身房，可惜我們還要出去逛景點，在酒店呆的時間太少了，沒有好好利用到。 不過房間設施是真的老舊呀，衞生間門鎖生銹了不好關門，插座也不好用。

酒店的位置有點偏，但是我從iconsiam的四號碼頭坐酒店的船過來check in，省了不少車費，還挺方便。酒店的面積不算特別大，但是親子足夠了。早飯吃得東西東西挺多的。服務也熱情，特別是門僮！！

We are super fans of Anantara Riverside Bangkok and whenever we have holidays, we will go to Bangkok and definitely stay at Anantara, for its excellent hardware, service and breakfast. 訂房網站的套餐很划算，晚餐特別值。 酒店的房間比較陳舊，所以我建議在前台付費升級河畔房，河畔房的視野和空氣都好很多。 在酒店就可以拍一組照片出來，很美。 表揚PLANIN，中文非常好，並且很熱情，就算不是她管理的範圍，也會幫忙協調，所以有什麼事情我會找她。 我感受到她非常專業，熱愛她的工作，她會在客人的需要和酒店的利益中找到平衡，對於不能滿足的情況她會説明原因，並且找到折衷的方法來達到客人的目的。她總是很熱情，就像老朋友一樣。 她的同伴，前台的TAM也很有耐心，有服務的意識。

整個酒店非常漂亮 有看出用心的維護和佈置 雖然有點年頭了 但還是很有泰式風情 喜歡酒店哪哪都是綠色的感覺 房間的話普通吧 中規中矩 服務上的話 這個檔次的酒店稍顯得摳門了一些 迷你吧的東西全部收費 衹有瓶裝水免費 你就多放幾聽可樂雪碧也沒幾個錢 但感覺就會好很多 歡迎水果也沒有 夜床服務也就是放朵花 其他都不錯 泳池很喜歡 早飯人實在太多有點

サービスがとても良かったです。 設備の古さは感じますが清掃が行き屆いており快適に過ごせました。 プールでお酒を飲みながらバカンスのような體験ができてとても満足です。 朝食バイキングも種類が豊富で楽しかったです！ 浮き輪を持參しましたが50cm以下の物でないと使用できません。 プールがかなり深くなっているので泳げない方は浮き輪必須ですのでご注意下さい。

자연친화적인 동남아리조트 그 자체임. 직원들은 매우 친절함. 조식도 나름 맛있음. 첫날 밖에서 차오프라야 강을 보며 조식 먹으니 여행온 느낌 제대로임. 룸은 오래된 느낌이지만 아난타라만의 고풍스러운 느낌에 마룻바닥이라 좋았음. 화장실에 욕조, 샤워실, 화장실 따로 나눠져있음. 수영장이 깊어서 가족들이 좋아함. 수영장 물도 깨끗함. 주변에 아바니몰과 바로 연결되어있어 간단한 식사(피자, 버거, 스벅 등) 및 세븐일레븐 이용 가능함. 단점-자연친화적인만큼 수영장에 벌레, 개구리, 도마뱀이 있음. 화장실에 송풍구가 없어서 샤워하면 화장실 전체가 습해짐. 샤워실 물이 잘 안빠져서 샤워 후 물바다 주의. 동과 동 사이에 흐르는 물이 지저분해서 냄새남.

來泰國就喜歡住泰式風情泰式花園的酒店。一草一木都被精心地維護著。河邊的自助早餐很豐富，最喜歡泰式奶茶，湯麵真是太鮮美了。孩子在小童俱樂部裡玩得太開心，不肯出來了。房間的地板品質很高，像柚木一樣，也許真的是柚木地板。淋浴房和水溫很好，沒有碰到有些人説的問題。 訂的河畔房，正對著湄南河，視野很好。就是陽台圍欄不是玻璃的，坐著就看不到河了。 酒店有免費船去Iconsiam，即是交通工具同時又遊覽湄南河，感覺太好了。 工作人員都很熱情，特別是前台人員的微笑太溫暖了。總之，預算夠是很值得一住的。
